DO YOU STILL BELIEVE THE PROMISE MADE BY OUR PM?

I am asking, yes, DO YOU STILL BELIEVE THE PROMISE MADE BY OUR PM?

I hate poking the PM, but this time, I do not think we should just take it wholesale.

Remember a while ago, right before the dissolution of the Parliament, the same person, yes, the PM, said that there's no plan to dissolve the Parliament, and he did it the next day.

This is the first slap on those who trusted him.

After the General Election, he said there's no petrol hike until the end of year 2008. Again he did it the reverse by hiking the fuel price 41%.

The second slap to all Malaysian.

Now he promised, AG and IGP will not be involved in Anwar's alleged sodomy case, but the two men are still in their respective positions.

This time he may be not slapping on anyone but himself.

How could he possibly know that AG and IGP will not be involved, direct or indirectly in the Anwar's case? On what basis that he can assure us that his promise is intact?

Mr Prime Minister, we have been hearing from you, and seeing something else. Would you be able to give us a clear procedure on how AG and IGP will not be involved?

Are you expecting us to trust you? After we have been misled by you twice, atleast twice this year?

Tell us, be open, be transparent, tell us Mr Prime Minister.

If Anwar's case is only his personal problem and no political involvement, then we need to know why he is treated like VVVVIP criminal?

Tell us, Mr Prime Minister, tell us.

Musa, Gani Excluded From Anwar's Sodomy Investigation - Abdullah

KEPALA BATAS, July 19 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has given the assurance that Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hassan and Attorney-General (AG) Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail will not be involved in the investigation into the sodomy allegation involving Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The prime minister said since Anwar had made reports against Musa and Abdul Gani, it was only proper that both of them be excluded from the investigation.

"The IGP and AG will not be having any role in the investigation into the allegation against Anwar," he told reporters after presenting study offers and educational sponsorship of the private Island College of Technology for 350 students at the Kepala Batas Dewan Millenium, here.

On Wednesday, Anwar gave his statement to the ACA in Putrajaya covering three main issues namely fabrication of evidence, omission of facts and falsification of the medical report from the Forensic Department.

The statement to the ACA was in connection with a police report he lodged on July 1 at the Selangor police headquarters, alleging that Abdul Gani and Musa had fabricated evidence on his assault by the then inspector-general of police, Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor in 1998.

Abdul Gani was a deputy public prosecutor then while Musa was the investigating officer in Anwar's case.

To a question whether it was necessary to suspend Musa and Abdul Gani from duties following the report lodged against them, Abdullah said he did not see necessity to do so.

He said officers involved in the investigaton would not be referring any details of the investigation either to Musa or Abdul Gani.

"There is no reason why they should be suspended from duties," he said.
