There's no caption saying it is tree no 1, tree no 2 and so on. Picture of tree no 3 was taken with someone's face and was asked to delete

There are 3 trees, correct? But did not say 3 trees in the photo caption, there's no caption anyway.If lingam can say:"it looks like me, sounds like me, but it is not me." why shouldn't I then?
